Delicious flaky rockfish in a buttery garlic sauce with smoked paprika thyme and capers.

Directions

Pat fish dry with a paper towel.

Heat skillet to medium and place 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet.

Salt and pepper both sides of fish and place in the skillet. Cook a couple minutes on each side. Next add in butter, garlic, white wine, thyme, smoked paprika and capers. Turn fish and baste in sauce until cooked. Remove from heat.

Serve fish on a plate with generous amounts of the sauce and capers. Enjoy!
